Description

It consists of a sharp obturator and a sheath to allow safe puncture of the bladder through the lower abdomen, typically 1–2 cm above the pubic symphysis. The trocar enables direct access for catheter placement under sterile conditions, often with ultrasound guidance to minimize complications.
